History

 

St Mary's is a modern dual purpose church/community building (dedicated in 1965) which is extensively used by the local community.  A well equipped kitchen has been been refurbished and very recently new toilets have been installed which provide facilities for the disabled.  The church also has a ramp for the disabled giving access to the building.  However it is hoped to upgrade this ramp so that it meets current standards.

A thriving pre-school group uses the building every week-day; whilst in the evenings it is used by the Baden Powell groups etc. 

The building is also available fo hire for parties and other activities.
